Terms and Conditions

Registration

The registration form and the competition video must be submitted no later than

30 September 2026.

Competition Programme

The competition programme is of the participant's own choice.

Participants are encouraged to present contrasting works of different musical styles or characters.

Age Groups

The competition is divided into the following age groups:

💎 Quartz Group (up to 8 years)

💜 Amethyst Group (9–11 years)

💙 Sapphire Group (12–14 years)

💚 Emerald Group (15–17 years)

🤍 Diamond Group (18–32 years)

Awards

The following awards will be presented:

Laureate Diploma – First Prize
Laureate Diploma – Second Prize
Laureate Diploma – Third Prize

Diplomas will be sent by email within three weeks after the registration deadline.

Competition videos may be submitted by one of the following methods:

Participation Fee

The participation fee is €75 per participant.

After successful registration, each participant will receive a confirmation email together with an invoice for the participation fee.

Privacy and Consent

By submitting the registration, participants (or their legal guardians in the case of minors) consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This includes the storage of registration data, the transfer of submitted videos to the Jury for evaluation, and the publication of participants' names, competition results, photographs, and submitted video recordings on the Organizer's website and social media channels for competition-related purposes.

For participants under the age of 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, who is also responsible for the registration.

Final Decision

All decisions of the Jury are final and not subject to appeal.

The Jury may invite outstanding participants and exceptional competition performances to take part in the Clavis-MICA Festival in Bavaria, Germany, taking place 10–14 June 2027.

Selection is based solely on artistic excellence and at the discretion of the Jury.

Invited participants will have the opportunity to perform in prestigious gala concerts alongside internationally renowned pianists on a professional concert stage as part of the festival programme.

Invited participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and living expenses. These costs will not be covered by the Organizer.

The invitation does not include any financial remuneration. The Organizer guarantees only the opportunity to participate in the scheduled Clavis-MICA Festival concerts.
